BackOffice Reports Not working

Hello, We installed new LBI server and we are on 10-1-11-0-176 .

My FTP settings are working and I validated the connection settings from cmd line.

After publishing the report, when I click on the report I get following error.

Message: K:\LawsonDocuments\29_Testing backOffice\Testing backOffice.lxr (The system cannot find the file specified.)
Description: Report Request Failed For: Testing backOffice.lxr

I checked the lawsondocument folder and I do not have .lxr file.

Any help is appreciated.
