thank you.. we will take the advice to get it running on the RAS server before putting it into LBI.. (FYI- the user is using tables form logan.. in ers.log I see where WFWUQUEUE is not found..)

Got the report to run in Crystal on the RAS server. I think the issue is that our datasource in LBI. When we specify table owner = logan on the datasource in Crystal under options.. the report retrieves data. When we publish this to LBI.. says "com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.report.lib.ReportSDKServerException: The table 'WFMETRICS' could not be found." Not sure how to alter the datasource on the LBI server. I would think the select statement woud retain the logic "select columnA from logan.wfwuqueue.. Still working on it!

IT WORKS!!! thank you to everyone who contributed to the resolution! What we found.. the datasource used by the report creator, was differernt than the datasource defined in LBI. Once there were the same and the "Data Settings" pararmeters filled in with datasource, default username & password.. it published, refreshed & could be viewed. We also ran into a conflict with the path of the spreadsheet it was accessing.. because the drive (J:) was not mapped to the LBI server, we needed to use the UNC path (\\midwfs02\datafolder\LBIRAS\sheet.xls) (security to this path was granted to the LBI server and the user that starts RAS).. again thank you!
