Can anyone provide some examples of items they have on their Finance Dashboard in LBI? Thanks.

Joe,
What is the audience for this? We have a couple of different things on our dashboards. 1.) Reports for managers and 2.) Departmentally in Finance we have reports for Finance manager, senior accountants, etc.
We have not rolled out financials by department via LBI as of yet but we do produce some of that for managers today. The dept reports are exception driven or specific to a monthly or quarterly task that is completed. I can provide more detail knowing the audience a little more

We would probably want to start with delivering an LBI dash to our CFO and Comptroller. Phase 2 would be for middle level accounting staff. Since our Finance department is not very large and most information is shared between levels we would probably have no more than 2 or 3 different dashboards. I'd be interested to hear about what key metrics and KPI's have been found useful by your team.

We have items like the monthly budgte variance for every accounting unit in the organization, trending reports, AP expense distribution for each accounting unit as well as the detail trial balance for every accounting unit.
In addition we have expenses in the form of income statement for each month for an accounting unit as well as the budget for each month for each accounting unit posted on the dashboards.
