Formula based on accrual rules/calculations

Hello,

I am using Crystal to write our annual Benefit Statement. One of the sections is related to "Paid Time Off." An example is "Based on your xx years of service you accrue xx hours per year." We have one for Holidays to...and we have several employee groups who earn a different number of holidays.

I want to be able to use Lawson fields/tables to create this formula (showing how much they accrue per year) but I don't know how to do this. The employee/plan/structure group are easy but I don't know how to accesss the calculation (employees accrue their hours based on years of service, etc.) I know it is located in the TACALC table but I don't know how to use it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
