Lawson Smart Reports

Hello Lawson Community,
I have a couple of questions regarding Smart Reports or LSR which ever you prefer. My question is that when I publish a report using LSR it just disappears, and I can't find the report. I am not sure if I have a wrong setting any help with this would be great.

My next question is the LDAP query I have it configured using the same setting that I used in LBI minus the LDAP stings for the server name. I used the server name :389 and the LDAP username, and used the full qualified name instead of an LDAP string. I can provide an example if anyone is interested.
