LBI - support Signatures ( picture )

I currently run reports via Crystal XI - had initial issues with gathering the signature capture on the Crystal report - which is exported to PDF or Word documents.
This is now all sorted - the issue was loading the drive to the printer within Citrix ( crystal )
However - my next issue with this is getting this report loaded onto LBI
The report uploads via Crystal into LBI - but the OLE Object ( picture object ) which is where the signature file is located does not appear.
Does LBI support this type of file ?
Is there a setting that I may need to do ?
