LBI Uploading Rights

I had several RIGHTS uploaded to LBI. Then I scheduled bursted (crystal) report. However all users are getting a "File is corrupted of damaged" error message. Interestingly, if I manually create a RIGHT and schedule the report, bursted and all that, it works!
If anyone has any idea or has encountered this issue, please, please let me know.
I have created a ticket for this with Lawson Global Support, however, sad to say, they are as CLUELESS as me!

If you've written a process to load the rights you have to make sure you are getting all of the relationships in the tables set up correctly to map the elements, structures, rights and rights values.

The best thing is to look at the tables (can't remember if there were 5 or 6 of them) in LOGAN for the rights that you created manaully and look at all of the related tables to make sure your process is updating the info properly. it is very possible that it looks right in LBI, but behind the scenes you have issues.
