I need to create a report in crystal that will read a file with many invoices in it. I then need to create a report for each invoice, that will be it's own file.

For example, read 20 invoice. Create 20 files with 1 invoice each.

This is something that many LBI clients have struggled with. One limitation of the bursting process is that inability to have the device (or destination) be a file location. There have been some creative suggestions on some other threads here but Ive yet to see any successfully implemented.

Really youre looking at a custom solution involving some kind of server side process. Theres one thread on here (I think started by Joe O'Toll) that has some interesting ideas. Check that out and see if that answers your questions.
