Hello,
My organization wants to explore a way to publish Back Office reports as CSVfiles with drill around in LBI. Is that possible? Has anyone ever done this? Thanks for your help in advance!

I'm not sure how you want to display that - just as rows of comma delimited values that have embedded links? Why not just publish the report as is - which will include the drills?
Which brings up the point - there is a predefined list of reports that can be published that have the bursting tags defined. And there is a specific publishing process. Just want to make sure you understand that.

If you use back office rpeorts as a data source for crystal, you can add the drill strings to any field on the crystal report. When you publish this report on LBI, depending on whether you have all of LAL etc setup you will be able to drill on these reports.
Like George said you can directly publish back office reports to LBi and make them drill enables. This should allow you to drill into the system. However Lawson does not help in constructing these drill strings and you are on your own for this. There are KB articles that describe how to build a drill string however.
