When I upload and run this report (and others, I've even tried re-writing the report to see if that is an issue) in TEST, it runs fine. When I upload and run in PROD (changing the datasource, of course) it will stop and ask for the default user and password. This does not happen for every new report. AND, I tried this: re-wrote one of the reports to limit the output to 4,000 rows, and it ran OK. Then I re-wrote to allow it to output the full report (about 45,000 rows) and it got stuck again. But, it runs OK with no limits in TEST. Any ideas?

Hi Robby,
Does the incriminated report use a Crystal "command" to run?

Hi Will,
Thanks for the response. We got this fixed, turned out to be a setting on the Crystal Server in PROD.
