Transfer of Smart Notes from one environment to another

Using the solution builder can you transfer notifications from one environment to another.

I know you can transfer infosets, devices and templates but not sure of notifications. Does anybosy else have any other ideas as to how to do this without having to rebuild the notifications from scratch when you go to another environment?

You can transfer notifications in this manner as well.

The solution builder does not give you an option for notifications? Which tool are you using ?

The Solution Pack Builder, under the "Notification Groups" section.
