I'm getting the following message when attempting to change the effective date in PO25 to match our Premier contract agreement.
"Cannot change, new eff dt falls on or after a pricing eff date."
Has anyone ever seen this or know how to get around it/fix it??

Click on the Pricing button (PO25.2) and check the effective date.

I get that message when I try and change the PO25.1 Effective date to anything prior to the date the PO25 Header was created originally or if I have the expiration date in a date that is prior to the start date. Once an invoice has paid against that vendor agreement reference the Start/ Effective dates can't be changed I do not believe. I know you can't put an earlier start date. We are on Lawson Contract MGMT now so I do not create or update PO25's through S3 any longer so it has been a while!

I think that's right. Once there's activity on the agreement you can't change the effective date. I thought if it was a new agreement without activity you could change this but I just tested that and I got the same error message. But if there's no activity you can delete it and re-add it with the correct dates.
