Can access to capitol POs be restricted in PO30?

I can restrict PO codes - which means capitals to us - in PO20 - so I would imagine that you'd have to mess with security in a similar manner. We added a security class and listed all the PO Codes they could have and that keeps them from the ones they cannot.
