What does it mean when you try to release a po and get a message that the cost center is no included in account generation list?

Check accounting unit & account linking in GL20

Supply chain folks generally don't have access to GL20, but if you drill around on the accounting unit and expand the accounts folder you can see which accounts are tied to that AU. Ask finance/accounting to add the account you need to the accounting unit on the PO line.
