We are having a problem with MSCM not uploading HH orders, they are going into pending upload, notes: Portal not available. Has anybody seem this or had a similar problem? I opened an incident ticket with Lawson and they don't have a clue what the root cause and how to fix it yet. They suggested to restart Lawson and MSCM, but that didn't fix anything. Any suggestions?

This was a security issue, we are not sure how access to procurement app was dropped. We have been running MSCM for years.
