The director is looking for an average time between when items are doc logged and when they are delivered. What MSCM tables and fields would I pull to get this information so I could find the average time??

Isn't there a report in MSCM for Receiving and Delivery that shows this?

I only see a Productivity report under Global Reports. I can search a specified date for Doc Logging and then again for delivery, but I don't see a report that will give me both. I was hoping to write a quick report using the MSCM tables.

Hi Bev,
Wanted to see if you were able to find any info on this report. I have been asked to come up with a similar report. I am new to MSCM so I am not familiar with the tables. I'm looking for a starting point.
Thanks,
Laura
