Adding Subscriptions to Layout

We are preparing for Open Enrollment.

This tool has been inactive for quite some time. Now that we have it activated, we are asking user sto log in, and review it. One thing I noticed is that not all users have the Benefits Bookmark show up as soon as they get to the Welcome screen? How is it possible to force the necessary bookmarks to showup in the Layout?

If possible?

Sounds like you need to add those bookmarks to the required content. You might also refer to KnowledgeBase article 78831.
