i remember there was a issue with a microsoft service pack,does anyone remember the fix,im trying to access meridian health care from home

Lawson's portal requires XML parsers be loaded on the client machine. We have created install packs for our user's machines that I can send to you if you wish. You may also download from Microsoft at

Jason, would you be willing to send a copy of the install packages to me? It would be much easier for my PC techs to use rather than having to follow the list of links to download the files from MS everytime a user runs into this on a workstation.
