Display Description in Print Manager

In the portal print manager screen there is a column called Description and it pulls in the job description from the job that created the output. The same field is not in LSO print manager, is there any way to get that field to display?

Unfortunately, currently there is no way to display the Description in Smart Office. The problem is that Smart Office uses a different IOS service than Portal which does not provide the field. Another client has raised this issue and I expect it will be added as an enhancement to a future release.

Thanks Vince. I was afraid that was going to be the answer. Users with multi-step jobs are going to miss having the descriptions.

Add another to the list of folks that would consider having additional columns like "description" in LSO. Good to know we're not alone in wanting this.

Thanks, Jim. I can tell you it is now on the list of enhancements. And while I can't promise a deliver date/version, it is being worked and you should expect to see description in a future release.
