S3 Upload Wizard won't always open saved mappings

When I try to open a saved upload mapping, sometimes (7 out of every 8) it doesn't load. Occasionally it does. I can't intentionally recreate it, so I can't be certain under what circumstances the saved upload mapping opens and what circumstances it doesn't.
