on a windows 7 machine - using Excell Add ins we are seeing that the connection information is no longer retained and must be keyed in every time a user wants to use the addins. In Windows XP the Sever URL was retained and the User Name so the user only had to key in their password. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this?

You might want to check to see how the user's security is set up on the PC. Sounds like a permissions issue with the PC. Good Luck

The user needs
read/write access to the
C:\Program Files\Lawson Software\Office Add-ins
directory and all subdirectories.
We had this issue when security on the C drive was tightened up via company policy when upgrading from XP to Win7.
