PO20 Comments

    Hi.  I have a user that when they add comments to a purchase order via PO20 the comments do get added. After adding comments the user goes back in and the comments don’t show. The user ends up having her supervisor add them. This doesn’t happen all the time only now and then. Any ideas I would appreciate. Thanks.

      After adding the comment is the user clicking on the change button at the top of PO20?
