AC346 - Manual Commitments Purge
**Form Purpose
Run Manual Commitments Report and Purge (AC346) to print a report of current
manual commitments. You can also remove, or purge, manual commitments.
You should run AC346 regularly to purge manual commitments that have been
expensed.
Warning This program permanently deletes data. Before you run this program,
back up your data according to your organization's procedures. Before you
submit the report, carefully review the parameters.
Important Before you run AC346 for update, use the Report Only update option
to produce a listing of commitments to be purged.
