Is anyone using the product Form Fast for W2 printing

We are having an issue with our PTO & LTS plans retro accuraling when an employee come back from an unpaid LOA or is rehired. The accruals are setup on the cycle based accrual table LP04.2 and are not hours based. When an employee is put on an unpaid LOA there plans are stopped, when they come back and are eligible for the plans all the back accrual is brought back as well. How can you stop the accruals from pulling in the amounts for the ineligible time

Hi Everyone, Can someone please provide details on how to set up a Hyatt Legal Plan for a flat rate per month on BN15 Should it be under RS with category 12  If so, is it possible to have a flat rate per pay period instead of a maximum and minimum election required for the RS plans Thanks!

I am adding three new process levels. I am at the point where I am loading the GL accounts to the deductions on PR05.6 and PR05.7 because they have different accrual and expense accounts than the company. Can anyone tell me if there are hidden keys that I am missing or is it something else

I found a few other posts regarding having W2's available online thru EMSS with Lawson.  It appears to me as of last year this was still something Lawson did not have available but others had some work arounds.  Has anyone heard of anything new on this topic  Tried to search on Infor search today but guess I have not figured the 'new' support site out quite yet, I get no results.  Thanks for posting any information you may have.

I'm trying to write an audit report for our Payroll coordinator and I need YTD Gross Wages. I can't find YTD Gross Wages in any table - do I have to sum the wages from either QUARTWAGE or PAYMASTR And then I need to figure out how to pull wages for only when they made a TSA deduction  - if anyone has done that before I would appreciate knowing the best way to get that out.

Help! We accidentally loaded a LWA9T service identity for over 800 ESS only users. It is causing problems. Does anyone have a utility or script that will examine each RM id, and if it is prefixed with a given string, in this case 'GF', delete the associated LAW9T service identity Hate to do these manually, one by one! Ran a pr113 - edit report showed that 1 employee who was hired in the beginning of sept 2012,  had an edit next to his name.. ' warning = social nbr is invalid' i checked the fica on the hr11 screen and ee & hrhistory  tablesoth indicated the  SSN in question is correct.. THIS is the first cycle in which he is being paid since his hire date. Ideas on what the issue may be.. Thanks

Would love to hear from anyone out there that has a step and grade system - how do you get the salary based benefits to update (life insurance, LTD) I have two tickets logged with Lawson CASE and they are able to duplicate but not resolve. There has to be a way to do this that we are just missing - can't be that we would need to manually stop and restart every employee's benefits. We’re looking for some direction from someone who uses BSS and pays on a bi-weekly cycle with more than one cycle but takes benefit deductions on a semi-monthly schedule.  We have the BS01.1 (Benefits Enrollment Rules) set with a Semi Monthly cost divisor so that we can show the per pay costs but have the BS06.1 (Benefits Cycle Rules) set as bi-weekly to accommodate mid-year FSA plan and HSA account changes…which is needed to determine the number of pays remaining based on the pay plan. Has anyone had experience with outsourcing the BN module in Lawson (Still run HR, PA, Payroll)... especially in an instance where the module was there and in use, and then discontinued to go with a SaaS vendor If you know anyone, or have had experience, please let me know. I need to create an Employee Group that has a number of criteria.  One of the requirements is that an employee can be a member of the group if they DON'T have a specific UserField value. For Example, something like:   Union=N   UserField 'Vesting' = from 1 to 9 OR   Union=N   UserField 'Vesting' {does not exist} Is there a way to do this  Can I use *BLANK as the value or something Thanks!
