I'm trying to do some employee group maintenance. I know about HR255 to get a list of the employees within the group. However I want to know where each employee group is used in the system, (Benefit plans, Absence plans, etc.) Does anyone know of a Lawson report to get this information?

There's no report that I know of, but if you review the data file text for PERSGROUP, it'll at least give you all of the possible places an ee group can be entered.

I use several crystal reports to query and list the groups used on benefits elibibility, benefits options and benefits contribution records. You could do the same for absence plan setups.

Just check with Absence Plan Payout (LP130) it might be helpful to you, else you can use crystal reports!!!!

Unfortumantely we don't use Crystal reports. Since this is new functionality, my plan will be to build a new employee group. Thanks everyone for the advice.
