We are in the process of implementing Life Events. I've noticed that when benefit enrollment is performed along with a Life Event that if you chose not to keep the elections (cancel from update screen) then the following message is returned. 'If you choose to keep these benefits and you want to make additional changes.......If you are not sure of the elections you made, select cancel and then choose exit...You can then use the Web Enrollment process when you have made your final decision'.
But if you choose to exit then there is not a way to get back to benefits enrollment for Life Events. Seems like you have to purge the life event (ES10) and then re-enter the event and enrollment options. Seems like this message is wrong for the Life Events rule type. We are pending the benefits from Life Events. I'm interested in hearing how other users of Life Events is addressing this issue.
Thanks
