Hi -
Our STD (Short-Term Disability) vendor pays all the STD claims for our 12,000 employee population. Due to issues with deducting correct benefit premiums, we have decided to move to Advice to Pay, thereby allowing us to "cut the check" ourselves and deduct appropriate premiums.
As we are just starting the conversations with our vendor, we wanted to see if there was another Lawson client that has moved to Advice to Pay for STD, and, if so, find out how/if interfaces were created to streamline the data transfer. I've worked with Advice to Pay at another employer, but it was a very manual process on the employer's part. So, this go 'round, I'm looking for automation.
Any thoughts/experiences would be appreciated.
Thanks.
