We're trying to setup Service Variable DC Plans in Lawson and are not having any luck. We're basically trying to create a plan that the employee does not make any contributions to, however the company makes contributions based on a sliding scale for service.
1-4 years: 4.0%
5-9 years: 4.5%
10-19 years: 5.0%
20+ years: 6.0%
We've got some static plans that we've setup in the past where we defined it as a No Coverage/Contribution Limits plan (where employee has no contribution and company has 5% contribution). These have been working fine. However, we can't seem to get our service rate table to hook into the plan properly. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
We're 8.0.3 MSP1 on iSeries
Thanks!
Steve
