Template search for specific items

We we have a UOM change, we update where needed, but sometimes fail to update our templates. Is there a systematic way of searching for a specific item that may reside on several templates? (PO15)

PO45 to see what templates an item is on
PO115 to make bulk changes (UOM) or bulk deletions

STEPS How to set up the standard PO115 jobs.docx

We use the PO115 as part of our item maintenance for UOM as well - but also to inactivate and convert (replace) and to update the "multiples of" qty.  Attached are the screen shots we use to set up the jobs then we just change the item as needed and submit them.
