TX101 - Journal File Create
**Form Purpose
Run Journal File Create (TX101) to read the input and output transactions and
write them to a new tax file. The source can be input (Accounts Payable, Cash
Ledger, or Tax input transactions) or output (Accounts Receivable, Billing,
Billing and Revenue, Cash Ledger, and Tax output transactions).
