Element: Restrict Mem  This flag indicates whether the assets
                       belonging to an asset group are required
                       to be associated with a specific asset
                       type or asset type and subtype.  Valid
                       values are:

                       Y = Yes
                       N = No

ATG-ASSET              Numeric 10
Element: Asset Number  This field contains the base asset
                       number. That is the first asset to
                       select this asset group.  All assets
                       that are added to the asset group
                       subsequently are edited against this
                       asset if the Restrict Mem (Restricted
                       Membership) field is set to Yes.

ATG-RESTRICT-MOD       Alpha 1
Element: Restrict Mod  This field indicates whether all assets
                       belonging to the asset group should be
                       adjusted, transfered,and disposed as a
                       group.
