One of our client(prospect) asked a very interesting question that if Lawson provides a facility where bulk approvals can be approved in a single click (for the same flow).
I Haven't come across such a scenario in Lawson as of now  because  there can be different workuinits from different flows resting in  the inbasket at a time ?
Does Lawson provides such facility (either on PFA or PFI)

Lawson doesn't but you could build a Portal Page with Design Studio that uses a DME to display all of the user's WorkUnits (with checkboxes) and they can select the ones they want to take action on - your script would then process the Inbasket Dispatch calls per WorkUnit to process them.

Excellent idea and timing David, we are in the process of designing process flow approvals for electronic effort reporting (Grants) and the idea of a first level approver being able to approve in mass may fit in line with what we are planning.

We just installed Design Studio, and this conversation has me wondering if it could help with one of our workflows. Our req approval process requires a comment to be entered on rejects and unreleases. It is not user friendly in that if you forget the comment, you get notified by an email from the PF. We have never liked this and would like a pop-up to tell the user that they need to enter a comment if they have selected reject or unrelaease (with no comment entered). Does anyone know if this sounds possible with Design Studio?

No, I don't think DS will help with this, but I know that other folks have modified the Inbasket XML to do that. That's considered a modification and some companies don't like to put those kinds of revised code changes in place.
