missing WU log

    Flows work in prod. On test, on the PF admin screen, I see WU created (Ready for processing). Flow does not seem to kick off. At the least, shouldn't a log be created in the folder %lawdir%/bpm/wflog?

    Where do I start troubleshooting ? Thanks.

      It sounds like maybe one of the PF services isn't running. If you do a "pfserv ping all" at the command line, it should tell you what is or isn't running. You may just need to restart services. I don't think a log is created until the WU actually starts processing.

      I'm a little rusty on the LSF side. On the Landmark side this would be a sign that Async has bombed and needs to be restarted. I'm betting this is similar.
