We have the entire HR suite from lawson except  payroll. We out source our payroll. We are trying to
determine how to come up with the ytd amounts that need to be forwarded to our payroll company. BN320
only runs for one month. Your annual amount is divided by 12 and prints. It doesn't really calculate the actual amounts. Any ideas ?

Unless you feed your pay information back into Lawson (so employees can view on ess, or whatever) there wouldn't be any way to obtain YTD deduction amounts withheld in Lawson. Your payroll provider would have that if they are calculating checks, so why would you need to forward it back to them?

Our payroll company will have the employee annual amounts, but not the employer amounts. The BN320 would be ideal if you could run it for an annual period. Now I'd have to run 12 individual months and accumulate the employer
        amounts.
