PR295 Hours Missing

    I am trying to get hours to show on the PR295.  Currently all hours are reflected as 0.00, so we assumed it was because the PR197 was deleting the time records.  I'm told the close process was tested without checking the delete time records flag, but the hours still did not appear.  Any suggestions?

      I ran a quick test on our system, and the hours show ok. Did you set the summary parameter to N in PR295 so you are definitely getting detail. When you drill on an employee , can you see hours in their distribution then? If not, maybe you are summarizing when the payroll goes to the GL. I did notice that the benefits show up of course without hours , because there are no hours associated to them but our paycodes do show hours.

        Is the "Post Hours and Units to GL" field on the Payroll tab of HR00 set to 'Y"?
