All of them are in the same county/state. When they work in multiple facilities, all of their deductions get split up by their percentage of hours worked in each process level. Their deductions don't get charged to their accounting units, they all roll to one benefits accounting unit. I went to modify empaddress.htm and tried to hide the code wherever 'Supplemental' was referenced. It hides it, but then the 'Home Address' change submission doesn't work. Currently, our 403(b) and 403(b) Roth Contributions aggregate as they should utilizing the tax status codes, 02 and 17 on the PR05. 457(B) Roth has a tax status of 04 but not a corresponding after tax status code... it must be left blank to get the appropriate after-tax calculation; this does not aggregate toward the maximum contribution. They can also contribute to a 403b plan which has a match, but they can't get a match based on their Total Salary, it has to be Total Salary less the 10 that has already been matched by the company. The new version has the 8 digit ODFI number starting on position 81 not 80 so the last digit is being cut off by the seq. I've run the pr160 ODFI & SDFI flags in all three modes and the only difference is a blank or 0 at position 80 for the trace . Is anyone else having this problem

We tried entering a negative percent or a negative $ amount in pr131 but it won't take negatives.  So if we can't make this work then we will need to do it manually but it would be nice to see if the system could do it.

Then the LP198 comes over as a debit to the PTO Payable Accrual account. So the account is getting hit twice for usage.
