Does MS-Addins work with Excel 2007

Does anyone have the mapping for PA02, I&160;want to change Only Pay Grades for all Positions with new effective date, When i am uploading this with Add action or change action , i am receving 'Field is required' message. i am supplying Company,Position,new Effective date,'Update Employees flag' with&160; New pay Grade and with Hidden key. anyone have solution for this issue Appreciate &160;your help.

One of the things I keep hearing about the Lawson Excel Add-In is that you can’t use it to upload to the user fields tab on the HR11 Employee form--particularly to update user fields that are not displayed on the first page (i.e. you have to PageDown to get to them). Has anyone else had an issue with existing Add-Ins queries after upgrading to ESP10  We have queries that no longer run or return the wrong results.

The Query Wizard is ridiculously slow when I move from  tab to tab, e.g., from Welcome to Fields, from Fields to Column Headings, etc. It takes more than a minute for the next tab to display; I actually go and do something else while waiting. Once the query has been built, the actual data retrieval is very fast. I'm running S3 Addins ver 9.0.3.1387 and Excel 2007 SP3 all on Win 7. on a windows 7 machine - using Excell Add ins we are seeing that the connection information is no longer retained and must be keyed in every time a user wants to use the addins. In Windows XP the Sever URL was retained and the User Name so the user only had to key in their password. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this

I've got a user in my office who is getting this error when trying to login to lawson addins in Excel: 'WEBUSER OR PROFILE ERROR. Web User has been inactivated, please contact your administrator' The PC is using Windows XP and Office 2007 This only occurs on ONE workstation, with ANY user account. For hundreds of records (not all), I need to change the 403 contributions (DC Plan) from zero to 3.  I've tested using a BNBATCH file and running the BN531 but I keep getting 'Cannot enter amount or percent for zero contribution.  &91;1&93; Does anyone have an addin template for changing benefits and &91;2&93; What are your recommendations on how I can either change the existing 403 zero contribution records to 3 or delete and re-add in a mass way  Thanks!

Hello,   I have come across this issue other times with windows 7 32 bit machines.  When the lawson add ons are installed and I go to excel -> add ins tab -> and try to select an add in, I get an active x warning message and when I hit ok, a window pops up with visual basic code. I have used a registry cleaner and it has not worked and I have received no response from the lawson support on this. Hi All;   We are on the Iseries (AS/400) using Lawson v 9.0.0.9, Lawson Addins 9.0.3.  When 2 or 3 users try to upload a GL65 File simultaneously using Addins and the file has between  3,000  - 4,500 rows, Lawson comes to a crawl.  One time, I had to shut down everything and restart Websphere. Does anyone out here know if Addins are compatible with Office 2013 --  If so, any gotchas for installing them I see the compatibility matrix only mentions 2010 so far.

We are upgrading to 9.0.1 this weekend and during testing have run across several queries we use on a regular basis where we have 'OR' criteria.  There's a fairly simple one that is just pulling 3 fields from APINVOICE and the criteria is: {invoice1} OR {invoice2}.  When we query on 9.0.0, that takes less than 2 seconds.  Running the same query against 9.0.1, even after rebuilding it, it takes over a minute. We need to be able to add serial numbers to specific line items on an asset in AM20.3.  Does anyone know how to do this with add-ins since the field name for serial is always row0  We have assets that can have up to 100 line items and each one needs its own serial number.  I haven't tried it yet but the user did and was unsuccessful so I figured I would start here    Thanks!

We recently had our environment updated from 9.0.1.5 to 9.0.1.9 and suddenly DME queries that we run that have always worked and pulled data are suddenly running and returning a message of the specified query returned no data.
