associated with multiple ledgers. One
ledger can be associated with multiple
companies. ML maintains separate records
for each unique company/ledger
combination.

Element: Name This is the company description.
MLE-LEDGER Alpha 15
Element: Ledger This is the ledger. The ledger must be
associated with the company on ML10. One
company can be associated with multiple
ledgers. One ledger can be associated
with multiple companies. ML maintains
separate records for each unique
company/ledger combination.
MLE-ACCT-PERIOD Numeric 2
Element: Current PeriodThis is the current accounting period
for the ledger/company combination. It
is updated by the Ledger Period Closing
(ML199).
MLE-FISCAL-YEAR Numeric 4
Element: Last Closed YeThis is the current fiscal year for the
ledger/company combination.
MLE-UPDATING Numeric 2
Element: Updating This is set with a value when an update
program is running in ML. The value
determines the program that is running.
No other updates may take place while
this field is not blank.
MLE-LST-YR-CLOSED Numeric 4
Element: Last Closed YeThis field contains the last closed
fiscal year.
MLE-ACTIVE-STATUS Alpha 1
Element: Status This field contains the status of the
ledger. A ledger must be Active for
transactions to be posted to it.
MLE-CURRENCY-CODE Alpha 5
Element: Currency Code Not used.
MLE-CURR-CODE-1 Alpha 5
Element: Currency Code Not used.
