Activity Budget Header
This file contains activity budget header information from the AC20 (Activity
Budget) forms. It includes activity group, activity, budget number, type,
total, and description; lock, calculation, and maintenance information; and
setup definitions, such as begin and end dates, variable levels, currency
code, rate value, units flag, rounding type, and number of decimal positions
in the budget currency.
