Our 'Edit List in Excel' option remains dithered.

Yet, I've followed everything that the install docs and even a call with Infor have suggested.

Is there a setting that I'm missing somewhere?

    See attached.

Hi Greg - since you're running SO on Citrix, have you confirmed that Excel is installed on your Citrix server and that the xlsx extention is correctly associated with it?

There is a separate installer for the Excel addin for smart office.
        Are you cloud-hosted or on-premise?

Darn it all... I created this in the wrong section.

Anyway...@Woozy Excel is installed in the Citrix server and the .xlsx extension appears to work properly.

Do we also need to have MOA installed for this to work?

DUH!! In the Excel version running on the Citrix server, needed to:
                  File > Options > Add-Ins > Manage > COM Add-Ins> Enable S3 Excel Addin in Excel

So.... it appears that this install is per-user? Working from Citrix, this is not going to be an easy install??
