We have two companies that a requester needs to order for. How do I set them up so they can access both in RQC?

You can modify RQC's settings to allow the requester to update the Company / Requesting Location, but this is a global setting. Or you can add a custom RQC link to login and allow the user to log in with a different requester id.

We have our RQC config file set so requesters can change the company if needed. But you still need to grant access to the other company/accounting units in RQ04. To do this just change the company and requesting location on the Main tab to the other company and any active requesting location associated with that company. Now you can add the accounting units the requester needs for that company. Once that's done you can change the Main tab back to their default company/requesting location.

FYI, Infor has made this easier in v10.

Thanks for the information, Jon, to clarify.
If I pull up the existing requester, change the company and save (we leave account units blank so can order for all). Then pull back up and put prior company back and save.

Once the rqc_config files are changed, I will have the option to put in either company directly in RQC ?

If you're not restricting access by accounting unit then you don't need to do anything in RQ04. Just make the changes to the config file and the user will be able to change companies and order for any cost center.
