Interim Assignments

Curious how different groups on GHR are tracking interim assignments  We go live in October and plan to have supervisor structure tied to position.  Our leaning is to give individuals additional work assignments and flag them as interim so they can assume the direct report structure tied to the position.  Other suggestions were possibly using delegate functionality.   How do others handle this

Email Address Checking in Cloudsuite

In Cloudsuite, there is out of the box functionality to check/verify if an entered email address is in correct format such as: namemeandyou.com, and no extra or missing &39;s or periods and correct length. In the EmployeeContact BC If I enter in an invalid email address such as storemail..com, the error message appears "Invalid value in field..." I checked in config console this error message in EmployeeContact to see where and how the triggering of this error message appear...

ACA ALE Member Group - Transmitter Identification Number

This is my first year doing 1095&39;s out of GHR.  There is a new field that wasn&39;t in S3.  In the ALE Member Group, it&39;s asking for my transmitter identification number.  I never had to put this in S3.  How did you find that number I&39;ve looked everyone on the AIRS site and in my IRS profile.  I only see the TCC information.

Open Enrollment - Draft Status

We went live with GHR in April 2022.  This is the first Open Enrollment we have done with GHR.  I have finalized all enrollments in the Submitted Status.  However, we have some that are still in Draft Status.  Our enrollment are passive, so they don&39;t have to complete Open Enrollment. What do others do with the Draft Status that also have passive enrollment  Do you mass finalize the Draft Status as well  Or do you delete the Draft Status Open Enrollmeht Life E...

Uploading Employee History from Lawson to GHR

We will be bringing in  Employee history i.e. Position history, Payrate History, Location history etc  from  Lawson 10.x to GHR v11. GHR FTE Question

In S3 we have work assignments that have a 0 FTE such as Substitute Teachers or Extra Duty assignments and do not count toward and employee&39;s benefits.  Now that we&39;re moving over to GHR we&39;re finding that FTE is required on every assignment if a payrate is part of a work assignment.  We&39;re being told to use .000001 as the FTE on these assignments, but we do have employees with .499999 FTE and if we add an additional assignment using that logic it would put th...

Leveraging HR Security in S3 with Landmark GHR Implementation

Manager Space - Viewing Candidates

We have had many inquiries as to why Directors and above cannot view candidates for positions their managers have open.  Currently the only way they can review the candidates is for their managers to print out the resume and email it to them.  I am curious if anyone has modified the manager role to allow them to view any candidates for department managers that report to them.

Talent Acquisition - Open Job Reqs

GHR Turnover Reporting

We&39;re trying to include the Prior and New Relationship to Organization and Work Type (or FTE) on our transfer report that shows work assignment changes. Has anyone else done this and how have you captured this data It seems fairly elementary to our leadership but these fields are not populated in the Turnover tables so our reporting team is struggling to find the corresponding field and include it on the report.

IPA or ISD - Approving Action Requests en masse

USERFIELD_STORAGE

We have user fields and can see the data via SQL. What we need to know is how to now find out how to link that data to the employee it is tied to. The UNIQUEID in the USERFIELD_STORAGE table doesn&39;t match the same field in the EMPLOYEE table which means there must be a cross reference table somewhere. Thanks in advance.

Infor GHR- Hire a resource

We are using the GHR Cloud application ( Infor Global HR). We are using the standard "Admin_ST" role which has a lot more accessible than it should. We are trying to hide the entire section of "Provisioning" in the Hire a resource form. we will make a copy of the role and then modify it. Can we modify this via Security (business class) or this have to be done via application configure in the rich client (Under Configured forms) Please advise how can we do that. ...
