Archiving HR history

    Hello, we are considering archiving HR history and Personnel action history in an attempt to improve system performance.  Wondering if any other Lawson customers have done this, and if so, did you run into any unintended consequences?  thanks

      How many records to you have in HRHISTORY?
      How far back does the history go?
      What are the performance issues you are encountering, and what version are you on?
      Have you tried rebuilding indexes on HRHISTORY and PERSACTHST first?
      I've found that to often solve performance issues related to HRHISTORY, particularly reporting via SQL tools like Crystal, etc.
