BN12 Benefit Annual Limit

    BN12 has an annual maximum (255K for 2013) and it stops the 401 deduction when eligible wages hit that maximum. But it is the first 255K of eligible wages. Is there a way to make the deduction spread out over the full year using 255K throughout the year?
