Outsource of Benefits Module

         Due to Obamacare our company has decided to outsource the benefits module to Towers Watson.
         They require a tremendous amount of information in a specific date order.  Has anyone outsource their benefits to Towers ?
          If so do you have any helpful tips in doing this process ?
