The variable <> is supposed to pull .rtf formatted attachments that are attached to the Articles and Terms, however, mine is not pulling any data. Does anyone have a suggestion or another variable I can try. My attachements are saved as .rtf. Also if anyone has a list of all possible variables that they are willing to share it would be much appreciated.
