    Hi All
We have a Win2003 environment and  use the LBI Dashboard(LSF9.0)
d like to be able to add links to Batch files and other commands like (remote desktop) so that we have a single point of access.

has anyone added external links which are not links to websites?

    regards
    Saurabh

You certainly could, the only catch would be that what ever users you give access to these link must also have permission/access to the directory where the batch files or other commands reside. The syntax to use would just be like a common UNC path.

        Hi Matt
The user does have admin access and can browse to those areas.
What kind of link will i  need to create? Will i give the unc path and file name in the URL then?
        Any example would be great
        Regards

Yes, place it in the URL and select Open In New Window.

          \\File Share\program.bat

          This should suffice.

let me know how it works out.

I wasnt sure if i could put the UNC path into the URL but that does seem to work.
