Hello everyone. I have been reading up on the Crystal Integration Pack for Enterprise Reporting for use here. However, I can no longer locate the file at support.lawson.com. We use Crystal XI Report editor and RAS on NT servers from Lawson 9.0.0.2 using LS9.
Would any of you be able to point me to where this file is available? According the support.lawson.com, it should be at Product Download Center --> Windows under the Enterprise Performance Management --> Reporting Services --> Crystal Integration Pack section. I can't even find any of those topics. What can I be missing?

I have the Query Builder, made the entry to my registry for Crystal to call the query builder, but Lawson and the Guru newsletter both refer to an Crystal Integration Pack and/or Enterprise Reporting Integration Pack. But the instructions on locating the download from support.lawson (Article Id 96090) refer to the Enterprise Performance Management section of the Download Center which I can't even see.
"The Crystal Integration Pack contains the Enterprise Reporting 9.0.1 Web Integration for Crystal Enterprise, the Lawson Portal, and OLE DB Object Services 4.0.3 for Crystal Reports and Crystal Enterprise." I have all but the bolded item. I'm at a loss.

I would love to be able to answer that question intelligently, but we only moved to Lawson in December and are just really starting to use LBI*. I have only been on the project since late December, so in my mind the software didn't exist before then!
I guess my best answer is "Yes" because the KB article I refer to was written in 2004. I wanted to use the ability of integrating our tons of DME queries with Crystal as prescribed in your newsletter. If there is a better way to do this, I am all ears!
*I have never seen a Lawson version earlier than 9.0, and we were lucky enough to get the almost everything that Lawson has to offer with servers that I would have killed for on my last project.
