LBI back office report error.

    I have a CU201 job in lawson. It is running and building instances (under C:\LawsonDocuments\147_CU201\Instances) of the back office report on the LBI server but when I try to view the latest instance it gives an error.

    Message: C:\LawsonDocuments\147_CU201\CU201.lxr (The system cannot find the file specified.)

    I can go in a view historical instances. I am new to this but I've got it to work before but I am testing a second report and haven't gotten it to work yet.

      You probably need to re-start the ftp server. Go into Tools ==> Reporting Services Administration ==> Maintain Data Sources ==> (scroll to the top) Edit FTP Settings ==> under Server Deployment Status, disable the server and save. The, go back in and re-enable it. After 5 or 10 minutes your reports should be available in LBI.

        Thank you for the info. I do not think there was anything wrong except for the fact I did not have permission to view the report in LBI (even though I am an administrator). Apparently can not find the lxr file means you do not have permission.
