lbi Report Instances

    Can you go back and update an instance for the period that an adjustment was made in.    Our users had to go back to june
    and july periods and make adjustments.  Now they want  the
    June instance and the July instance to reflect the changes in the
    Crystal reports.  These reports are created  from the tables  through  Crystal and we scheduled them to run when the period is closed on LBI.    These reports are not  OnDemand.

      I may be way off but I am sure that once an instance has been created it is locked. Especially if it was created as a pdf. In the past I have had to delete the bad instances and create a second version of a report with date parameters to go back and recreate historical instances of a report. Then once the instances are correct just upload the original report and schedule it to run again.

        I'm with vc727. You can delete the invalid instance(s) of the report and rerun the report for the adjusted period(s). Then either rerun for the current period or upload the original report.
